Mr. Boytan spent two years with a small public accounting firm, after which time he worked for two years at a regional accounting firm, within the Financial Services Group of the firm’s Tax Department. Prior to accounting, Mr. Boytan held several positions within the financial services sector with such companies as Merrill Lynch and Hold Brothers.

Mr. Boytan graduated from New York University Stern school of Business with a Bachelor’s of science in accounting and minor in sociology.
